AutoTech Solutions was formed by acquiring Professional Maintenance & Equipment, Smith Equipment Solutions, Universal Distribution Group, and DHI Equipment—each respected for technical expertise, customer service, and high-quality equipment support. Brandon Hawkins
Chief Operating Officer

Brandon Hawkins brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the collision repair industry. He began his career in 1998 at B&R Body Shop, where he advanced to Managing Partner and played a key role in the company’s growth. Following B&R’s acquisition by Caliber Collision in 2015, Brandon transitioned into senior operational leadership, marking the next chapter of his career.

At Caliber Collision, Brandon was appointed Director of Operations for the Charlotte market and promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2017. In this role, he oversaw operations across Western North Carolina and South Carolina, with continued expansion into Tennessee in 2020 and the Kansas City market in 2024. Over the course of his tenure, Brandon ultimately led operations for more than 130 locations. He is
widely recognized for his focus on team development, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University.

Willi Goossen
Chief Financial Officer

Willi Goossen brings extensive financial leadership experience across the automotive, technology, and services industries. Originally from Brazil, Willi is multilingual, speaking English, Portuguese, Spanish, and German, which supports his effectiveness in global and cross-functional environments.

Prior to joining AutoTech Solutions, Willi served as Chief Financial Officer at Caring, LLC. He also led Finance and Operations at CompuCom and held multiple financial leadership roles with Daimler AG (Mercedes-Benz). Throughout his career, Willi has demonstrated a strong ability to align financial strategy with operational performance and long-term growth.

Willi earned his degree in General Studies with a concentration in Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Hollie Hardie
Director of Human Resources

Holly Hardie brings more than 20 years of Human Resources leadership experience, complemented by nearly a decade of prior legal practice. Before joining AutoTech Solutions, Holly served as Vice President of Human Resources at Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation, where she led HR strategy and execution across a complex, multi-state organization.

At AutoTech, Holly oversees all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, training and development, performance management, incentive programs, and unemployment administration. Her combined legal and HR background enables a balanced, strategic approach to workforce management and organizational culture.

Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
